CAREERS
Two contract roles, written plainly.
Bridge Builders AI LLC is a small Florida company with three live products for small businesses. We are adding one technical implementer and one sales channel partner. Both are independent contractors, both are remote, and both postings say exactly what the work pays before you spend a minute on a reply.
Each role asks for exactly three things in the application. Replies missing any of them are not read further. That is the whole screening process at the first step, and it is deliberate.
Jump to: Contract Implementer or Sales Channel Partner.
Contract Implementer (Remote): Next.js, Supabase, Twilio, ElevenLabs, Cloudflare
Stand up and support client installs of three products: a Business Website with the BridgeView dashboard, an AI Customer Assistant, and an AI Receptionist phone line. The engine is built and running. You install it, client by client, against a written runbook, and keep it running.
What an install is
- Port the engine into a private GitHub repository for the client, layer their config and content, get typecheck and build clean.
- Deploy prebuilt output through GitHub Actions to the client's project in the Bridge Builders Vercel team; the project is never connected to Git.
- Provision a per-client Supabase project, apply the migrations, set the Vercel environment from our env contract.
- Verify the client's Resend sending domain.
- Guide the client through their own Twilio account: number, voice webhook, and a fallback TwiML Bin that dials their own phone.
- Configure the client's ElevenLabs agent in our workspace, apply the provider privacy policy (no stored audio), and read it back.
- Deploy the Cloudflare Worker media gate.
- Run the verification gates: build and render, the consent gate end to end, the Twilio failover test, secrets server-only.
- Live call test, then the client walkthrough. Then ongoing support for your live clients, inside a monthly cap.
Stack
Next.js and TypeScript, npm workspaces, GitHub Actions, Vercel CLI, Supabase (Postgres, Auth, RLS, migrations), Resend, Twilio (Voice, TwiML, webhooks), ElevenLabs Agents, Cloudflare Workers and Wrangler, and OpenAI reached through a Bridge Builders gateway Worker. The LLM key behind the Receptionist is owner-held; you never touch it. We do not train the stack. We hand over our conventions: repo layout, env contract, provisioning flow, the receptionist consent boundary.
Pay (independent contractor)
- Fixed fee per install: $300 Website + BridgeView, $300 AI Receptionist, $300 standalone AI Customer Assistant, $199 for the Assistant added to a site we built.
- Fixed monthly share per live client for as long as they stay: $20 Website, $20 Assistant, $100 Receptionist.
- The Receptionist share covers roughly 63 minutes of support per client per month; beyond that you bill $95 per hour.
- Never clawed back.
The honest framing: at 9 to 11 modeled hours, $300 is below the $35 to $50 per hour market for this work. The recurring share is where it becomes worthwhile: by roughly month five a Receptionist client has paid you at our own modeled $85 per hour labor value, and every month after is margin. This is a book of live clients, not a string of gigs.
Hiring step
A paid screening task, $150 to $250, about four hours: a real slice of an install against a written spec. Before any payment, a contractor agreement (confidentiality, IP assignment, no authority to bind Bridge Builders, the support cap) and a tax form (W-9 for US residents, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E otherwise). Overseas applicants are welcome; state the window, in US Eastern time, you can cover when a live client's phone line breaks. We contract for availability, not a schedule: 20 to 30 hours a week.
To apply
Email hello@bridgebuildersai.com with exactly three things:
- Links to things you have built and deployed (repos, live sites, Workers, agents).
- Your rate expectations relative to the fixed fees above.
- Your weekly availability, in hours.
Applications missing any of the three will not be read further.
Sales Channel Partner (Remote, Commission plus Monthly Residual)
One independent sales partner who already reaches small business owners. You sell three live products; our implementer installs and supports. No leads are supplied. Commission only, with a monthly residual for the life of every client you bring in.
What you sell
- Business Website (includes BridgeView): $999 implementation, then $99 per month.
- AI Customer Assistant: $599 added to a Bridge Builders website or $899 standalone, then $79 per month.
- AI Receptionist: $1,299 implementation, then $299 per month including 300 minutes.
- Bundles are the exact sum of the parts.
What you do
Full cycle, self-sourced. You find the business owners, qualify them, run discovery, close on our contract, and hand the signed client to our implementer, who does every install and the ongoing support. You bring your own funnel. We do not supply leads, and we will not. That is policy, and we say it up front.
How you are paid
- A percentage of each implementation fee, tiered on your closed deals in a calendar month and applied retroactively to the whole month: 25% for 1 to 10 deals, 30% for 11 to 20, 35% for 21 or more. A bundle counts as one deal.
- 16.4% of the monthly fee on every client you brought in, for as long as that client stays: $49 per month per Receptionist, $16 per Website, $13 per Assistant.
- Paid when the client's payment is collected, not at signature.
- The only clawback is a refund of an implementation fee, which is rare by design. A client who cancels later is a normal business outcome: you keep the implementation commission and the residual simply stops with the client.
Ten live Receptionist clients you sourced is $490 a month recurring; twenty is $980; plus $325 per new Receptionist deal at the 25% tier. An honest note on the tiers: delivery capacity today is one implementer's, roughly 8 to 10 installs a month, and it grows as implementers are added. Plan on 25% this year.
What we provide
- A live demo line you can put in front of a prospect. Call it yourself first.
- Public pricing pages on this site and a one-page compensation sheet.
- A monthly statement listing every deal and residual you are owed.
- An implementer who does every install, so you never deliver anything.
- No platform fee, no seat cost, no minimum. You do not pay us. We pay you.
Where the product fits
Trades and home services (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, cleaning) and professional services (accountants, bookkeepers, property managers, local firms): businesses whose owners are in the field or with a client when the phone rings. Not healthcare, legal advice, emergency services, or anything regulated for now; those need a separate review before we sell into them. The pitch is the honest one: the Receptionist discloses it is an AI, takes a confirmed message with the caller's preference, and delivers it to BridgeView and by email. It does not book appointments today.
Terms
Independent contractor. A signed contractor agreement covering confidentiality, IP assignment, and no authority to bind Bridge Builders, plus a tax form (W-9 for US residents, W-8BEN otherwise), before any payment. You are not an employee, not a member of the LLC, and there is no equity.
To apply
Email hello@bridgebuildersai.com with exactly three things:
- How you currently reach small business owners, and roughly how many conversations a month that produces.
- One thing you have sold on a recurring basis.
- Your availability.
Applications missing any of the three will not be read further.
One address for both roles.
Put the role in the subject line, and the three things in the body. Nothing else is required.
