OUR STORY
Every business has a reason it exists. Ours has four legs, an impressive bark, and no idea how much she's taught us about how we build.
Runa came into our family through adoption and quickly became much more than a pet. She became family.
Like many beloved family members, she has accumulated more names over the years than anyone can reasonably keep track of. Officially—according to absolutely no recognized authority whatsoever—she is known as The Supreme Grand Champion Princess Runeska Von Wigglebottoms.
She has never objected to the title. In fact, we're fairly certain she believes she earned every part of it. That tells you almost everything you need to know about her.
Here's what six years with her have taught us:
PRESENCE
Runa has an extraordinary gift for simply being present. If you walk into another room, she follows. If you sit down, she leans against you. If you're working late, she stays nearby.
She simply wants to share life with the people she loves. That quiet companionship taught us something surprisingly profound: sometimes the greatest comfort comes from simply knowing someone is there.
JOY
Runa also refuses to take life too seriously. One moment she's calm and composed, quietly watching everything happening around her. The next she's upside down with complete confidence—legs in the air, tongue out, looking completely ridiculous and making everyone around her laugh.
She reminds us that joy matters. Meaningful work and genuine happiness are not opposites. The best businesses—and the best lives—make room for both.
STEWARDSHIP
If you meet Runa after she knows you, you'll probably think she's one of the sweetest dogs you've ever met. If you meet her before she knows you, you'll hear her before you see her.
She quietly watches over our home. When someone unfamiliar arrives, she naturally places herself between them and the people she loves—not because she dislikes people, but because she believes trust should be earned. Once it is, she welcomes them with the same warmth she gives her own family.
TRUST
Trust isn't loud. It's Runa curled up, without a worry in the world, because she knows exactly where she belongs.
That's the kind of trust we want to earn with every customer, too—not demanded, just given, once it's real. Every recommendation we make should deserve it.
When we began building our own proprietary AI platform, we could have chosen a name that sounded futuristic. Instead, we chose one that reminded us why we build technology in the first place.
Power has never been our goal. Character is.
Every day Runa reminds us that strength is not loud. Dependability is not flashy. Trust cannot be rushed. Presence matters. Joy matters. Relationships matter. Those are the qualities we want reflected in every system we build—not because software can become a dog, but because software should always serve people with the same character we admire in those we trust most.
