Show them a working website
Full working website and chatbot demos you can put in front of a business owner. Each is a made-up business with the AI Customer Assistant answering in the corner, so the owner can ask it a question on the spot.
The terms, plainly
- Commission only. No base pay, no hourly rate, no draw, no shifts.
- No leads. You bring your own way of reaching owners. We do not supply leads, and we will not.
- Who buys: trades and home services (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, cleaning) and local professional firms (accountants, bookkeepers, property managers).
- How you show it: a demo site built for a trade, the AI Customer Assistant on our own site, and recorded AI Receptionist calls.
- Paid when the client pays, not when they sign. The first month or two can be thin; the monthly residual is what builds.
- Independent contractor. A signed Sales Partner Agreement before you start, and a tax form before your first payout.
What you earn today
Base products pay 25% of the setup fee, plus 16.4% of the client's monthly fee for as long as they stay and you are a partner. In a month you close more than 10 qualifying deals, the base-product setup rate is 30% on all of them, and 35% past 20. Additional Pages have the fixed share below.

Additional Pages pay the seller a fixed 25% ($37.25 per full-price page), under signed and recorded page terms, regardless of tier. The installer also earns 25%. Pages add no separate tier deal or monthly residual; a new website order still counts normally. Offer pages with a new website order. Existing-client self-service repeat purchases are not activated yet; refer later page requests to Bridge Builders. Existing signed agreements govern until amended.
Ten Receptionist clients is $590 a month coming in whether or not you sold anything that month.
