Only post-consent conversation time counts. We total conversation seconds over your subscription billing month, without rounding each call up to a minute. Consent announcements, forwarding, startup and post-call processing do not count. Excess time beyond your selected allowance costs $0.35 per minute on every plan, billed proportionally by seconds in arrears with one final cent rounding. Your selected allowance and monthly price are recorded with this order. Existing accepted orders and promotions do not change.
