Which channels can I connect?
Your website chat, Instagram and Facebook Messenger, depending on the plan. WhatsApp and missed-call text-back are add-ons at $97/mo and $97/mo, each with a $197 one-time setup. You connect each channel from your own account, so it stays in your name.
How does it learn my business?
We build it from your website and the details you give us at setup: your services, hours, prices you want shared and what it should never say. We test it with you, and it goes live only when you approve it.
Can it close sales?
Yes, on the Sales Closer plan, high-ticket offers included. It carries the longer sales conversation: it answers questions about your offer, follows up with people who asked, and sends them your payment or booking link when they're ready to buy. You can read every conversation and step in at any time.
Can a person take over?
Yes. You can read every conversation and step in yourself, and we set it up to hand a customer to you when they ask for a person or when it should.
Where do I see my conversations?
In your own SemperChat app at app.semperchat.com, under your own sign-in: your dashboard, daily summaries, chats, appointments and contacts. SemperChat doesn't include BridgeView, the dashboard that comes with our websites, AI Customer Assistant and AI Receptionist.
Does it pretend to be a person?
No. It tells people it is an AI. It can have a friendly name, but it never claims to be human.
What happens if I go over my replies?
Each plan includes a set number of replies each billing month. Extra replies cost $0.08 each. After the month we email you the count and the amount, and charge the card you paid with 24 hours later.
Will it message people who never contacted me?
No. SemperChat answers people who message you first. Cold or bulk messaging is not part of the service.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. You pay the setup fee when you order, your monthly starts the day your assistant goes live, and it runs month to month until you tell us to stop.
