Most of what you can read about AI for small business is either a sales page or a warning. Neither tells you what actually happens inside the thing you would be buying.
These are working notes about how we build: the choices we made, the limits we accepted on purpose, and the things we will not do. Where we can show you evidence instead of asking for trust, we link to it.
We publish this because we would want it. If a company cannot explain how their product works in plain language, that is worth knowing before you hire them, not after.
